Privacy Policy

What data we collect

PullCount uses Vercel Analytics and PostHog to collect anonymous usage data, including page visits, referral sources, and interactions such as clicks. PostHog may also record anonymized sessions to help us improve the site; all text you type is masked and never recorded. This data is not tied to your identity and no tracking cookies are used.

If you create an account, we collect and store the data needed to operate that account:

  • Email / password sign-up — your email address and a hashed password, managed by Supabase Auth.
  • Google or Discord sign-in — your name, email address, and profile picture as provided by the OAuth provider. No passwords are stored by PullCount.
  • Account activity — a virtual currency balance and any predictions you place, associated with your account ID.

How we use your data

Account data is used solely to operate the service — authenticating you, maintaining your balance, and recording your predictions. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and sessions

If you sign in, Supabase Auth sets a session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie contains no personal information beyond a session token. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Vercel Analytics — anonymous usage statistics. No personal data is shared. See Vercel's privacy policy.
  • PostHog — anonymous product analytics and anonymized session recordings, served from our own domain. No personal data is shared and inputs are masked. See PostHog's privacy policy.
  • Supabase — authentication and database. Account credentials and user data are stored in Supabase. See Supabase's privacy policy.
  • Google / Discord / Twitch OAuth — if you choose to sign in with Google, Discord, or Twitch, those providers share limited profile data with us under their own privacy policies.
  • WarcraftLogs API — raid progression data is fetched from WarcraftLogs. No user data is sent to WarcraftLogs by PullCount.
