Mythic The Twin Fangs Abilities

Vexhul and Ithraz are two massive serpents that must be tanked separately. Almost every ability from either serpent builds Eternal Venom on players — at maximum stacks the target dies instantly. When one serpent dies, the survivor gains stacking increased damage every 4 seconds.

Shared

Eternal Venom: Stacking debuff applied by most Twin Fangs mechanics: 7.7k Nature damage every 1 sec. Reaching maximum stacks instantly kills the target.
Toxic Fumes: The Twin Fangs suffuse the air with 22k Nature damage to all players every 2 sec throughout the fight.
Uncoiled Wrath: When either serpent dies, the survivor permanently gains 25% increased damage every 4 sec. Stacks — the kill order matters.

Vexhul

Caustic Deluge: Saturates the tank with caustic toxins for 5 sec, spawning venom globs that apply Eternal Venom and deal 154k Nature damage within 4 yards, then persist as Caustic Globules on the ground.
Coiling Toxin: Infuses several players for 12 sec, dealing 31k Nature damage every 1 sec. On expiry, applies Eternal Venom to nearby players and leaves a Noxious Slick ground hazard (50% slow).
Venomous Emergence: Stirs the venom sea, summoning Spawns of Vexhul and releasing a surge that applies Eternal Venom to all players.
Surge: At 100 energy, Vexhul releases a massive gout of venom for 14 sec: 77k Nature damage every 0.5 sec plus Eternal Venom application.

Ithraz

Stone Breaker: Ithraz roars players back then slams the platform repeatedly for 617k Physical damage within 3 yards. Any slam that hits no player causes a platform-wide reverb for 108k damage ignoring armor.
Stir the Depths: Thrashes the venom sea for 6 sec: 39k Nature damage to all every 2 sec plus crashing waves that deal 154k Nature damage along their path.
Fractured: Debuff applied by Stone Breaker; increases subsequent Stone Breaker damage by 33% per stack.
